Thank you for your interest in our tutoring program.  Our mission is to support the academic, social and emotional growth of students impacted by homelessness.

Our volunteer tutors work with students in Grades K - 12.  Tutors are paired with a student and work one-on-one for one hour a week.  Our tutors come from a variety of backgrounds and professions and range in age from young adults to retirees.  We offer free training and provide ample support and guidance throughout the semester.  In fact many of our tutors stay for years as they see first-hand the profound impact they have on students who desperately need a caring role model to help with homework, school projects and academic challenges.

Tutors must be 18-years-old to tutor independently; otherwise those ages 14 - 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
