There are over 37,000 children experiencing homelessness in Massachusetts, with the average age of a homeless person estimated to be 8 years old. Help our kids reach their full potential and move beyond poverty by making a donation, becoming a tutor, holding a school supply drive or getting your company involved. Together we can help our kids reach their full potential and become self-sufficient adults. View our Case for Giving to see how you can help.
Children impacted by homelessness do not have control over their living situation. They suffer physically, emotionally, and academically due to frequent moves, multiple school changes, and chaotic living conditions. The trauma of homelessness affects a child’s ability to learn and puts them at great risk for dropping out of school and repeating the cycle of homelessness.
